Harry, a founder and CEO has almost 30 years of experience in the Enterprise Solutions industry. Harry led the strategy 10 years ago to build the Salesforce practise which now employs 50 people across the UK and Ireland. A Certified Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud consultant, Harry has deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform which allows him to play a leadership role in helping to set the vision and direction for the company over the next 3-5 years.
Paul is a founder member of Bluewave Technology and Sales Director, responsible for delivering the growth targets for the business. With over 25 years of consulting experience, Paul is the ultimate consultative sales leader. His deep knowledge of the platform, allows him to paint the key points of the solution for clients in a clear, concise and time efficient manner. Paul has led many initiatives within the business and takes overall ownership for Bluewave’s sales engagement methodology.
Lorraine is a founder member of Bluewave Technology and is Delivery Director for Bluewave’s Salesforce engagements. Lorraine leads a large team of Project Managers, Architects, Business Analysts, Consultants and Developers who make up the various project teams that manage our implementations and on-going projects. Lorraine has developed “The Bluewave Way”, delivery methodology and is responsible for the entire delivery effort. She provides the leadership needed to all team members to ensure delivery excellence.

Finian is a vastly experienced Digital Marketer with over 10 year’s experience on the Salesforce Platform. As Business Development Director, Finian works closely with our clients to help them understand the Salesforce platform and how they can leverage it to bring success to them and their clients. Finian’s role includes a focus on Business Development through his comprehensive digital marketing experience, which he brings to our client discussions and engagements also.
Senior Account Manager
Fiona Lynch, Senior Account Manager, with special responsibility for managing our Salesforce University relationship. Fiona assists our clients in leveraging our team of consultants, ensuring our customers achieve success in the delivery of key business objectives. Fiona works with clients to help them determine where our team of Salesforce consultants can be used to bring value. She also manages our unique relationship with the Salesforce University based in London. Through our close relationship with the University many of our consultants, who are Certified instructors deliver training on behalf of Salesforce across Europe over the full portfolio of Salesforce technical courses.
Dan, has managed the cash flow and spending profile of the Bluewave team and kept it in check for the past 20 years. As a rapidly growing company the importance of ensuring that old fashioned revenue versus spend is of huge importance, Dan ensures the balance is maintained.
